The fix from apple is to simply erase and recreate the alert. Great. Unless you have yearly repeating events, then you will have to go through the year and fix each one, one by one. FAIL. From Macworld UK… the Apple Knowledge Base article, iOS 4.1: Repeating alarms may trigger incorrectly before or after DST change, notes that in some regions, repeating alarms created in the Clock app may work incorrectly. The problem arises shortly before or after the daylight saving time (DST) change. To resolve this behavior for existing alarms, Apple recommends users set the repeat interval to Never. Users will also need to reset these alarms for each day you need them. After November 7, 2010, the document says, you’re able to set your alarms to repeat again. Seems this has been an issue poping up all over the UK and AUS. Seems to affect ALL iphones and ipod. Great… Just great. Share and Enjoy !Shares
