June 14, 2009 | perivision | 1 Comment When the Twitpocalypse kicked off 2 days back, (story here) I figured most major apps would have been ready for it. I was wrong. I also figured, well, there will be a fix in 24 hrs. Wrong again. Its Sunday night and I finally saw Twitterrific after I manually refreshed updates. I installed the update and it worked well enough, but that does bring up a scary thought. What if you are NOT a major iphone dev and need to perform a hot fix on your application? I really hope they have some sort of policy in place for just such emergencies.. But I’m sure IconFactory lost a few users because of a dead app losing for 3 days. Scary. Share and Enjoy !Shares
