February 23, 2009 | perivision | Leave a comment Yesterday I wrote about a FAIL where movies for many iphone users are not playing. I do not have a the full answer as to why it’s not working, although it seems that the .flv (flash version) of the video is playing instead of the h.264 (apple version). As of this writing, it still does not work for me; even after a few reboots. However, I did find a way to get video to work. Go to www.youtube.com and play your videos from the website. Not every video will work because the search results provides videos whether they are flv or h264. This is clearly a work around (hack) till they get this fixed, but at least you can get your youtube fix. I’ll keep testing and keep researching. When I find an answer, I’ll post up again.
