The hockey news is not revolutionary technically, it basically give you the news about hockey. Simple as that. The news feeds are broken into Blogs, Columns, and Features, which have rumor, fantasy pool, etc..  All good stuff.

You can also get scores, no big surprise there. Standings.  (Please note the leaders in the Pacific Division, that’s right.. San Jose Sharks!) A top players list and schedule to round it out.  Now, if you are a big hockey fan, this is heaven since there is not (as far as I know) a good iphone hockey app out there.

But what I like about this app is the design.  Very clean, clear and attractive.  Yet, I can nav it quickly and get to the information I want.  Well done.  This is a free app, so I highly recommend you grab it before the season ends and the Sharks grab the cup.  Yup, that’s right, I’m call’in the Sharks this year!  Wanna fight about it?
